Everything is almost great. Rooms are nice and room facilities are complete according to your needs. It has Iron, hair blower and ironing board. The room not almost cleaned. Carpet has stains. In between room service cleaning, drinking glasses are not replaced, bathroom sink is not cleaned, refrigerator smells durian when opened, bidet is leaky. When I checked-in, the reception does not know about the Malaysian Tourisim Tax that is already included in your Klook booking. You have to pay other charges. Overall, staffs are exceptionally friendly and all of your needs will be given

Overall Geno Hotel is good and comfortable to stay esp the room. Points to improve could be that the Breakfast spread be more extensive as the choice are really limited. Geno Hotel should also consider for the parking for guest to be complimentary where now guest are required to pay RM8 per entry.
