I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boss, and I would especially like to appreciate Mr. James for his excellent service and warm hospitality. He was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay, always making sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of.

everything was perfect during our stay! The cleanliness, the facilities,the staff and the breakfast at salt and peper, especially the watermellons! The 2 things i didnt like was first that the sound of drainage heard in my room when the person next to my room uses washbasin or flushes toilet! and secondly the rooms are not soundproof! can hear all conversation of rooms! overrall, very nice experience there

We really enjoyed our stay here! ❤️ Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Ms. Hiedee was the one who assisted us during check-in, and she was very kind, helpful, and efficient. She made the process quick and easy for us. The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. We also loved the location since there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, plus the bus and MRT stops are easily accessible. Traveling with kids can sometimes be a bit challenging, so we really appreciated having a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay. The kids were comfortable throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. 🥰 Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended, especially for families! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one! ❤️
