The hotel is conveniently located near the Sungai Sarawak, about a 3 to 5 minute drive away. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. The bathroom is also bigger than I expected. I stayed here during Ramadan, so breakfast was substituted with sahur. However, the food selection for sahur was quite limited. In terms of parking, if you are driving, you can validate your parking card at the hotel to receive a rate of RM10 per entry.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub which we really liked. However, the room and bathroom were quite dusty, it felt like it hadn’t been used for a while. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve on cleanliness. The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay, especially the receptionist who assisted us patiently. The hotel is currently under renovation, so some facilities are unavailable, the pool was closed, but they offered access to Hilton’s pool instead, which was a nice gesture. Most of the restaurants were also closed due to renovation, but breakfast was temporarily served at Level 22. There were plenty of choices and the food was surprisingly good. Overall, it’s a decent stay with good service, but I hope the cleanliness and renovation issues will be improved soon. cleanliness: 3/5 hotel location: 5/5 breakfast: 4/5

nice hotel in the middle of the town, the bedroom is spacious, the bathroom also spacious with bathtub & compelete toiletries. walking distance to waterfront. staffs are nice & helpful. breakfast was okay with a lot of selection.

friendly staffs, good hospitality, spacious bedroom & bathroom, my room was executive room. amenities provided in the room, you can ask for more mineral water too. they have a massive renovation until September 2025, so you can’t use the pool, but they provide a shuttle to their partner hotel if you want to swim. the breakfast was okay, quite varied with a nice ambience at the peak lounge

I stayed here during their renovation period. However, they compensated by upgrading me to a family room. However, the room looked like it hadn't been used for a long time. They have a mall downstairs from the hotel which is very convenient for customers. Overall, the experience was good for me.

good 5 start hotel, only thing is happen to be renovation now, until Mar 2025, if not mistaken. but the work not really affect the stay. everything good. near to the waterfront, the Topsport food court is just behind, 3 mins walking, McD also. the cat statue also.

We stayed here in executive room for 3 nights in Kuching. We got a high floor with the river front view, and it was stunning . we were given access to the executive lounge with cocktails from 6 to 7pm . Room is spacious and was given free cookies and small snacks to us everyday.
