Concierge staff are not that friendly. 2 male room staff just entrude into our room without permission. They say that they need to clean the room. But our check out time is at 4pm as per the check in staff instructs us during check process.

Pros - near to the bustle but a quiet oasis to rest. Bed was fairly comfortable but can be too soft for some. Breakfast was exception and plentiful. Cons - the shower area kept flooding and the bathroom area flooded once. It seems to be a recurring issue as the technician did not have any solutions other that to wait for housekeeping to clean up and drain.

Very good hotel to stay in, clean and good location as it is near to the major malls. Only bad thing is that it always jams near the hotel which makes travelling by grab quite bad.
