We stayed at Lub d Makati as a family with our 3-year-old toddler. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is nice, the room was clean, and the staff were polite and accommodating. My child especially enjoyed the games in the lobby, and we liked the large co-working space and the rooftop restaurant and bar. One area that could be improved is the parking experience. When we arrived, we were initially asked to park about two blocks away. It was raining, and having a small child with us made this a little difficult. Thankfully, we were eventually allowed to park in front of Maxx Hotel, and we were able to move our car to the hotel parking area the following day. I understand that parking can be limited, but I hope guests could be given a little more guidance and courtesy when parking is unavailable, especially families arriving with young children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s facilities and family-friendly atmosphere.

the staff shoyld be organized in entertaining guests. the system during checkin is quite confusing and the staff are giving different instructions but good place and very affordable
