What would I like was the location so close to the mall and they have a great menu for the breakfast.

No towel and no hair dryer

The towel, paper toilet and hair dryer need to be requested.

I made a reservation through a third-party reservation site. I sent a message regarding some aspects of my two-room, two-night stay, but they responded back to me (in Bahasa, not English) the day before my arrival, before I was able to cancel. I had a local friend call and make some adjustments for me, which incurred some additional fees. I wish that had been taken care of more quickly after I sent my original message and made my reservation. Check-in was easy. The staff spoke English and had everything prepared. I paid the extra fees and had no problems thereafter with service. The room was clean. The beds, including a rollaway, were very comfortable. The A/C unit did not work that well, and there was a noise outside that was pretty constant (perhaps the old A/C unit). Restroom and shower were fine. Bottled waters given everyday and room tidied up daily. Breakfast was decent with some Indonesian and Western options. Overall a fine stay. The location was good, on the far outskirts/suburbs of Jakarta south. Attached to a small, local-type shopping mall with a few good stores (MiniSo, Mr. DIY, Roti-O). Not too far from train station and University (short taxi rides).

Very strategic, shopping center and foods are easy to find. I have to upgrade my room to junior suite. However, no tv in “living room” area where there’s a couch. Bed room spacious but the tv in the bedroom very small. The bathroom in junior suite need more attention. The sink and the toilet are too close and makes me bumped them sink whenever use the toilet. Very nice and helpful staff. Overall I always favorite Santika for the breakfast variety from international to traditional.

First Room was superior room and It was pretty small for us and for our 4 suit cases. Try to cancel and move to different hotel but they wont give us a refund so requested to upgrade to executive room with additional charge , which is "OK" for the size of the room, But We decided to check out 2 days early and move to somewhere else. I like their welcome drink , It was Wedang Jahe , I think That's all I like . Room Service : Order Cheese Burger , taste like meat ball. Can not make outgoing phone call from the room . Had to dial 0 for the operator and took like almost 20 minutes. If I did not call back to the operator they will forget your request. I can understand that Everybody has cellphone but Our Cellphones are from out of country and we did not have a network service in this country. Finally the staff helped us out. Staffs were friendly. Location was good .
