Everything has been great, the team Mitch, Edmar and Pearl all have been super kind and helpful with arrival and check in process. Highly recommend this hotel as the location is fantastic.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean and tidy. Special thanks to Edmar, Pearl and Mitch for helping out during check-in. Only problem was with the klook booking, it books through trip.com but doesn't give you any information and makes check in super difficult. Would definitely stay here again, would just never book through klook.com

I super love this hotel! Very cozy, complete with all you need, clean, spacious bathroom, good location. Kudos to Yani, Mary and Shannen for being so kind to let me check in early and check out late, they assisted me all throught the process and very active om answering all my inquiry. Im sure I will stay here again 💯

My stay was amazing! It was very close to Pagoda Street Chinatown MRT entrance and Maxwell MRT so it was easy to hop to National Stadium and Other central areas! The room had everything you need too - microwave, cooking set and utensils, plus all basic amenities like a good bed, toilet, and table. Mary, Maica, and Lily were the best, always checking in and helping out to make sure my stay is as good as it can get. I think I found my new homebase in Singapore :)

really great and enjoyable stay..... Hanna, Alosia and Mary were pretty prompt in responding to my check in and umbrella request. room was clean and nice and came with a fridge and microwave which were really useful..... interesting experience with the self check in and out procedure as well. will stay again or try out other locations if there is a chance again in future!
