Fantastic location, staff were lovely and helpful, room was clean. Unfortunately the noise from the bathroom was horrendous and kept our children awake both nights. The manager came and was very empathetic but couldn't work out what the problem was. We were also woken up very early (around 7.30am) with drilling from a neighbouring apartment. We had came off a very late flight and children had been awake with the noise from the bathroom. Disappointing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. It was located on a busier street, but still comfortable, and we appreciated how close it was to great restaurants and shopping without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the helpful staff and the charming atmosphere.
