it's our second time already and we had a lovely stay all in all. minus that one time we rode the elevator to get from Ground to L1 to get to our room after check in, the elevator suddenly shut down and the elevator went all the way down the L5. we were told it was due to power interruption. what bothered me was the response after we pressed the alarm on the elevator and the guy who responded said: ano po problema. i was shaking when i went down as i was with my young kids. good thing the entire stay, the room, the cake, the heated pool and the massive bfast buffet and everything else made up for it. turns out there was really power interuption. but huhu.

Loved our stay at Twin Lakes Hotel in Tagaytay! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and accommodating service. The room was delightfully cozy, impeccably clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Waking up to the fresh Tagaytay breeze and the stunning views of the surrounding greenery made the experience even more memorable. It was the perfect relaxing getaway with top-notch hospitality and comfort. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. We can’t wait to come back soon!
