it was our 1st time and definitely would not tthe last one. honeat review: the staff were courteous and accommodating; the place was clean and pleasantly scented; a little problem with rhe elevators, there was 1 that malfunctioned but they were able to fixed it ; breakfast was superb, a lot of choices to choose from; overall rating is 4 so that there will be a room for improvement; definitely will be back again for a staycation

Grand Westside Hotel is one of our favorite hotels. We have been guests for 5 times already. The location is near our home and near in Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The hotel added bath robes and Netflix. Also, I coordinated with Sir Brix in Cafe by Westside for a surprise birthday cake as a dessert after dinner whereas the crew sings to my husband’s birthday. He thank the crew with a happy smile. Then, we had our night cap at the Zabana Bar in listening to the live acoustics. The staff are smiling, friendly, accommodating and has good customer service. Of course, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the facilities are very satisfactory especially we enjoyed having our time in the swimming pool. Best breakfast buffet ever. All in all, we liked our staycation in this hotel. Highly recommend.

We jave been staying in this hotel many times already if we need to be in the area. The room is clean although it's on the small size compared to the other Manila hotels comparable to it but the modern design compensates for it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They have luggage storage,toiletries,fridge and safe is working. The breakfast buffet as always is a plus and has lots of international and local cuisine to choose from. The airport shuttle that is free is a good deal and convenience for guests. There's a sizable parking space during this visit. The pool is as always good and so is the gym. This hotel is good place to stay. Great for couples, family and friend group to choose for a getaway. I recommend this hotel if you need to be in the area and if you need to stay heading to the airport.

It's our 2nd time to check-in at Grand Westside Hotel and we're still not disappointed. We checked-in late so they allowed us to check-out at 1pm instead of 12nn. Food was great! My only concern is the long lines during breakfast. Other than that, all is good and amazing.

Luxurious feels when you arrive at the lobby and inside the room no doubt. However, the swimming pool is too small for the entire Hotel considering its one of the biggest hotel. And also for the breakfast buffet, the selection of foods are not that great, not enough Filipino breakfast foods. The taste are mid, nothing really special about it. But I commend Westside for having free unlimited Steam&Sauna which I can't find in some hotels..
