its so I stay for 1 night, this hotel vibes like 5 star. Everything was excellent. Especially to Mr. Azis from security that drop us from lobby to car park, he is very friendly staff and helpful. - Room was spacious - they have electric bicycle you can used and free. - they also have buggy car to drop from lobby to car park - all food is good - loves gym area very comfortable

I've never stayed at BSD City so this is my first time. The location is so strategic because it's only 10 minutes away from ICE BSD City where the concert held. The room is spacious for both of us. The bed is very comfortable, the aminities are fine, the staffs are very nice, the breakfast are amazing, plenty of choices. There's water dispenser in every floor too. Thanks to the staffs for helping us with the luggages and pick us up with golf cart from the parking lot to the lobby and vice versa. The hospitality is 💯. I just hope that you could give separate bottle for soap and shampoo + conditioner. Overall, love the experience!💗
