It was my fault. My husband and I are from Quezon province pa, we have an appointment in QC early morning of Aug 17 (Saturday 8:30am) apparently it has been a very busy week so Friday night (Aug 16) after work pa lang kami nakapag prepare ng mga dadalhin and mind you, we needed to start driving by 3am pra umabot sa schedule. Around 11pm pa lng ako nakapgbrowse sa Klook for a place to stay near MOA preferably for side trip. Finally I found Aurora Suit, new, aesthetic, affordable, with parking and free breakfast pa so ito na talaga, I immediately booked and paid (Aug 16, 11:51) siguro bec of pagod at puyat, hindi ko napansin that I entered the wrong dates (Aug 16-17) today instead of (Aug 17-18) the following day. Nagchat agad ako s Klook they told me to communicate with the hotel. I found them on fb and even if it was 12:02 AM, nagreply agad si Mam Angelina and accommodated my inquiries, although she can’t decide until her manager arrives, she comforted me and assured me na she will give me an update (at first I thought, I’m just another customer at kelangan magff ulit) to my surprise, around 6:52am, sir Nomer updated me that they are still waiting for the approval. After an hour they messaged me again not to worry anymore and we’ll see me later at the hotel. Clearly it was my fault kaya naiyak talaga ako and very thankful for the staff and management that went above and beyond their job descriptions to help us. Around 7pm na kami nakaratıng sa hotel, they have welcome drinks, they even helped with our things and I got the chance to meet and thank mam Angelina personally. Overall it was a great experience and the ambiance is surprisingly resort vibes para syang hidden gem inside the city.

We're stranded from our trip last July 24, 2024 and so lucky I found the accommodation near the terminal and we can rest while waiting to resume the trip. Very accommodating staff, the room are very clean and spacious plus points for the foods.
