They upgraded our room with a balcony, that was a plus! Thanks to Ms. Jaime from the reception. Room is neat, spacious, with strong wifi connection, also Netflix is available. I personally like the bathroom as it's hugeeee. A lot of stairs but we really didn't mind, good for cardio. Breakfast was also amazing! Thanks Vela, we'll be back! ✨
