location honestly is far didnt expect to be that far but well is a staycaution out of kuala lumpur so yea. previously is avani now have change to golden palm. buggy everywhere which is good. breakfast soso but variety selection. half board ok but time taken long if very hungry erm doesnt seem good. staff knowledge on resort is kinda blur somehow but well is just take over for a year so yea

Very Nice To stay my mother she got so much enjoyed during our stay. Next time I will come again. I like the most the Fire Show and unfortunately there is no sunset that's I like to witness during stay, hopefully I will witness and enjoy the sunset in the resort. Thank You for good services

i was upgraded to the family villa due to the whole hotel was out of electricity from 2pm to 6.30pm on the day of my checked in. i was surprised that such a big hotel will not have a back up electricity generator to overcome the issues. overall we had a fantastic night at the villa.
