The hotel itself is beautiful, and the majority of the staff - from housekeeping, concierge, security, to the breakfast team - were warm, friendly, and attentive.
One area for improvement would be the front desk. When we were following up on our room after a wait, the reception staff seemed a bit distant, which was surprising compared to the rest of the hotel’s warm service. Since the front desk often sets the first impression, a more welcoming and attentive approach here could make the overall guest experience even better.
Overall, we appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the rest of the team and still had an enjoyable stay.
