My friend and I had a twin room at the rear of the property overnight so we could enjoy a weekend in Llandudno. The room was clean and tidy, the beds were wonderfully comfortable and we both slept really well. The bathroom was clean and the shower easy to use. I gave four stars for a couple of things only because an older property but it was really five stars, we will stay there again and we would recommend it. The staff were all really friendly and helpful too. We didn't pay for breakfast but we did pay for a parking spot at the rear of the property which was cheaper than street parking. We were thrilled with the room and our stay.

Room was pathetic, so much noisy as you can hear people walking and talking passing by . Bathroom was terrible infrastructure. Also room carpet was horrendous and terrible smelling , room has that stink . All night there were noises from ceiling screeching sounds as if people are walking and dabbing the floor . Only thing it was good was the staff ! It wasn’t there fault anyway but were helpful in possible ways

I particularly liked the fact that staff don't come into the room until after the end of the stay - therefore no interruptions from a chambermaid and no having to tidy the room up during my stay (replacement towels, toilet paper etc., can of course be requested at reception during the stay if required).

We liked it. Our room looked over the promenade to the sea 👍 The room was small & a little worn - but everything was very clean & bed very comfortable. Price wss good - so very good value.

Really happy with our stay. Great location. Managed to secure parking, great value breakfast, competitive bar pricing. Little tired in places (corridors) other than that well kept

The hotel was large, right on the sea front and parking on the road was free after 4pm and before 10am. Al the staff were very friendly, the bar was well stocked and the pool table go plenty of use! The breakfast was excellent with a full selection of continental and full English foods.

The room had a great seafront view and was fine for a single nights stopover. The bathroom floor could have done with a bit of a mop and the mattress was very uncomfortable as it was sloping. Overall I was not unhappy with the hotel and would use it again

Lovelly room sea view bay window a must you need to try the hotel.

Bit old and could do with a revamp but great location over looking the sea. Great value for money
