The room is clean and environment friendly. But they give us a room facing construction site I am not happy. The swimming pool and gym is very small and facing construction site. During peak hour the lift can be very crowded and need to wait for long time. Staff is polite. Breakfast view is good the food is soso.

king room is spacious. breakfast decent. location is super short drive away from Batam Center ferry terminal. room card auto select room floor when you tap inside lift. quiet environment and surrounding throughout the day (unlike fave hotel bright and noisy at night) avoid level 10 if you sleep in late as breakfast crowd is noisy

We recently stayed at Hotel Santika Batam and overall had a pleasant experience. Upon check-in, our room wasn’t ready, but we were offered an upgrade to the Junior Suite with a balcony at a good rate (though free would’ve been nicer—haha!). We were especially grateful to be assisted by Ms. Friza at the reception. Despite the room not being ready by 2pm, she remained warm, helpful, and professional throughout, which really made a difference—especially since we were in a bit of a rush for a spa appointment. She’s definitely an asset to the team! The Junior Suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the added touch of Netflix on the TV, which made relaxing in the room even better. While the view from our room wasn’t much to shout about, it didn’t affect our short stay. Breakfast buffet-wise, it wasn’t quite to our personal taste and could use some improvement, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. Being my first stay in this hotel, my daughter & I were happy with our stay. Location is near from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Although just a walking distance from the terminal, we grab to the hotel. Staff were friendly, our room was clean & spacious. As for breakfast, food wise were just ok.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff are friendly and take the time to assist with directions to the nearest mall

pros: strategic location. wide variety of delicious breakfast. clean bedsheets and towels, smells nice. cons: bad wifi connection, it’s weak. suggest to buy SIM card or data roaming.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is friendly too. But the foods at breakfast are very salty & oily. The view on 11th floor nice though. No problem to go everywhere with Gojek.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They never fail to greet you and make your day. Moreover, the hotel was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing as it is located near shopping malls and is a walking distance from the ferry terminal. However, the swimming pool and gym is rather small but it is still a Highly recommended stay for this hotel👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
