my go to place to stay if i have a very long lay over in manila. Near the mall, convenient store, grocery, spa and easy access to transportation. The place is safe, clean and well maintained, even the security guard is really nice to. The staff are very warm and accomodating. Good thing they are currently upgrading.

the room is clean and comfy. the bed is soooo hotel feels like 5star hotel. the aircon in the room is so cold. even the hotel is obviously old, it was still indeed a comfortable room to stay in. the breakfast tapa is so good too!!

the only issue were the aircon and television are kinda old model, aircon was loud and cant use the TV since it's so labo and full of glitch. i suggest they invest on converter and smart TV. but overall my experience was good, staff are nice and accomodating.
