First class service from attentive and polite staffs, where the potter will help us bring our luggage and lead us direct to the hotel for check in, same when we checked out. Room was also clean (except the corners).
Only issue is my husband got food poisoning there but luckily we were back in Da Nang city and were able to rush to a hospital.
