The hotel is good and the location as well. The staff are helpful and approachable. However, because some guests have their own toiletries as well, the bathroom does not have enough space for the toiletries to place. We also book for city view but as per the room location of family room, we did not get it. The breakfast is also nice. All in all the place is good.

We got lost at first since there are Golden Lotus Hotel and Golden Lotus Luxury hotel in the area. But service and staff were all great. The breakfast food is okay also, great value for money.

I had a great experience staying at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay really relaxing. The staff were especially kind, friendly, and very accommodating—they made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang!
