Stayed at the Rasa Junior Suite, Shangrila never failed to dissapoint us.. check in was smooth, staff were friendly, 5 star service. Requested a late check out at 1pm due to my meeting and it was granted. Will never hesitate to come back again!

Booking our King Deluxe Room with a Balcony on Klook was quick and painless. The platform clearly displayed the various room options, inclusions (like breakfast), and competitive pricing. I received the instant confirmation voucher immediately, and the check-in process at the hotel was perfectly smooth—the front desk staff recognized the Klook booking instantly with no issues or delays, which is always a relief. We were even greeted with the famous warm DoubleTree chocolate chip cookie right away!

We stayed at Rasa wing junior suite and everything was superb, the arrival greeting, service, high tea and cocktail were all on point. Staff were really friendly and their service are well trained. Good job shangrila and Malaysia Hospitality, overall, superb!
