Love the ambience and atmosphere of the spa. Very relaxing when I first step in, which makes it very conducive for my foot reflexology treatment. Masseuse are very processional and skilled, totally no hard sell at all. Totally enjoyed the experience and will definitely return!

Booking was through a third party contact but it was smooth and the staff at the onsen were very helpful. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I would consider going more often! Access to the public onsen is free on top of the private onsen booking.

Looking to relax during my trip, I chose to try this massage parlor. The environment was neat and hygienic, with good air circulation. The beds had electric blankets, which are perfect for people who are sensitive to the cold. Overall, I was very satisfied. The masseuse's technique was excellent, and the way she worked on some areas was different from other masseuses I've had, very precise and accurate. She also asked if the pressure was enough. The session lasted a full 60 minutes, and after finishing, they served a cup of hot tea.

We’ve visited the Suntec location three times now, and the staff are always friendly. The massage therapist was also very good.
