The package we brought from Klook is definitely very worth it, especially for families with young children. The cable car and train ride at the zoo is a must. We had a wonderful time at Chimelong. :)

Service: The service staff is professional and doesn't waste time when problems arise. They know how to handle situations effectively, and many of the employees have great smiles. Cleanliness: The rooms are cleaned very well, there are no strange odors in the rooms, allowing for a worry-free stay.

very nice park, well worth a visit. Very impressive bird shows. Love to be in close encounters with the hippos. Saw a huge crocodile but the pool was way too small for it. Overall a great place for a family outing, love it way better than the Wild Animals Safari and much better cost effective.

Amazing experience for all ages! ​A perfectly planned and highly interactive show. Our group (teens to elderly) all loved it! ​Key Tips: ​Arrival: Arrive 30–60 mins early for the best seats, as "Normal" seating is first-come, first-served within your zone. ​Entry: Super easy—just scan your QR code at the gate. ​Extras: Enjoy the petting zoo and pre-show before heading in. You can also buy popcorn/drinks to bring inside. ​Ethics: Loved that the animals are only in a parade and not forced into acts. ​Overall: 5/5. Seamless, professional, and a must-see in Guangzhou!

the zoo is so big. have free shuttle bus to travel to safari park and provide free cable car to enjoy the sky view of safari park.
