I absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you enter, you're warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The hotel has a pleasant and distinctive scent that instantly makes you feel at home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that no deposit was required, which is great—especially considering that deposits can cost around $3000 per room. The on-site restaurants offer a variety of delicious options. I especially enjoyed the flatbread with kimchi—an unusual combination, but surprisingly tasty! The breakfast selections were also excellent, with plenty of choices and a spacious dining area. Overall, the Disney Hollywood Hotel offers a great experience with top-notch service, comfort, and food. Highly recommended!

Stay was great, our room was cleaned every day. Hotel staff was courteous. Location was not bad as well. Great value for money.

Was initially allocated a room at Tower 1 but the room is very dim, was told all the rooms are similar at Tower 1. Thankfully I got a switch to Tower 2 where the room is much brighter. The front desk staff after 9pm needs to improve on their customer service. Came back a couple of times after a long day out and requested for replenishment of drinks, toiletries (was given only 2 sets for a family of 4) but he asked me to call the housekeeping via the room phone instead just assisting with my request. Location wise is great if you are going to Disneyland and Ocean Park, the hotel is connected to small malls and has a mini bus interchange in front of the hotel which offers bus rides to the airport too.

It was my mother's 60th birthday celebration and my first trip abroad. We were saved by the lobby and cleaning staff who guided us in easy-to-understand English, the cast members who spoke to us in Japanese, which we were still learning, and the cast members who responded to our favorite characters and called us. It was the off-season before the 20th anniversary, so the hotel and restaurant were empty, and we were able to get used to it quickly, even though it was our first time. The room was cute, and it was great that even when we turned on the TV, it was Disney! We stayed for two nights, and slippers, towels, and drinks were replenished, so we were always in a clean state. There were discounts at the hotel's restaurants, and there were also discount tickets for merchandise and restaurants in the room. We also had priority entrance (moken) to the park, so it was a comfortable three days! We also saw coffee art!

It's a place where you can experience treated like a princess.

The hotel is super big and the service is great. The shuttle bus to the park is also super convenient. When you check out, you will be given a commemorative room card to take away as a souvenir🥰🥰
