Things to do in Ko Kai (Chicken Island)

The 7 Islands Sunset Tour was such a memorable experience! We were lucky to have beautiful weather that day, and the whole trip was really enjoyable. The highlight for me was the tour guide I believed it was Mr Sid, who kindly offered to take my GoPro and captured some beautiful shots of the marine life while he was diving. The food was decent, and the night dive to see the bioluminescent plankton was a really cool experience. I wasn’t brave enough to get into the water myself at night in the dark, but our guide brought up some seawater to show everyone on the longtail boat, which was a thoughtful touch and let us experience it without having to dive in. Overall, a fun and memorable tour, made even better by a helpful and attentive guide. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a great island-hopping experience!

This overall experience has been great, from the initial communication and hotel pickup. The next day, the transport pickup was on time. We went to the pier, and the speedboat was great. They provided everything: food, fruits, and lunch, along with water and some orange juice. The trip organizer, Mickey, was very good in English and very helpful. He even took photos for our family several times. This has been a great experience. This four-island trip is a must-buy if you come to Krabi, especially because of the beautiful scenery.

Had an amazing sunset yacht experience! The yacht was very clean and well-maintained, which made the whole trip feel comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional—they really made sure everyone had a great time. Watching the sunset from the deck was absolutely beautiful. Special thanks to our amazing boat driver for navigating safely and bringing us to the most beautiful spots, as well as our wonderful tour guide from Phi Phi who made the entire trip so fun, informative, and unforgettable. This was the first Island tour my husband and I joined in Krabi, and what a fantastic experience! The boat was stunning, and the itinerary was planned on point, we got to spend time by each stop which was lovely. The views were undescribably beautiful. The company was prepped by having life jackets as well as snorkelling equipment on board. The guide was very friendly and treated us with respect and made a few jokes in between. We also got a little ice cream at the end which was a nice surprise on a hot day.

It was such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. We feel truly grateful and blessed to have had Captain Booboo guiding us throughout the entire island trip. He went above and beyond—especially taking the extra effort to help us enjoy proper snorkeling at Chicken Island. If you get the chance, definitely look for him! I thought it was 12 hours as ler itinerary but no. It was from 7-12 pm. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it very much! Sofia (tour guide) is so friendly as well as the boat guys. It was not a full tour therefore there was plenty of room for the 7 of us!!! We got the boat all for ourselves and mind you, the boat is hugeeeee. They also seerve cold drinks which is very nice. I can recommend this!!!!
