Mudi was our guide, and it was a truly wonderful tour. In addition to the guidance, he took photos for us at various locations, even suggesting poses, which was a great help. When the places we visited were very crowded, he flexibly suggested alternatives, allowing us to enjoy ourselves until the end. Due to traffic, the tour went over the scheduled end time, but we were grateful that he dropped us off at our hotel. It was the best day of our memories in Bali. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful half-day trip in Ubud with Mr. Ray. He customized the trip based on our requests, making it the perfect plan for a short holiday. ARYA was truly the best guide. His kind, cheerful, and witty explanations were always clear, and he answered our questions with sincerity. What was especially amazing was his photography skills—truly at a professional level! With ARYA, you can capture amazing photos and even cool videos to post on Instagram. More than anything, his attitude was impressive. Throughout the tour, even though he must have been tired, he never got annoyed or angry. Rather, he showed a sense of responsibility by being the first to apologize if there was something he felt he had done wrong. Thanks to him, we had a really fun and comfortable tour. Our guide, Harry, was the best! ✨✨ We had to change our tour schedule due to bad weather, but he supported us from early in the morning and his sincere response was a great help. The tour schedule was also perfect. He always had a smile on his face and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. I would like to request Harry as my guide again next time I come. We had an incredible time on our Mount Batur tour – everything was perfectly organized from start to finish! Our day started early with a 4wd drive to Mount Batur, and it was absolutely worth it. Though it was cloudy, we still enjoy the ride and view. We explored the stunning black lava fields, right after. A huge shoutout to Ngurah, our driver for the sunrise and black lava portion of the tour. He was fantastic – very skilled behind the wheel, super friendly, and made the whole journey enjoyable with great music and his awesome photography skills. He took a lot of amazing photos for us, and we really appreciated his positive energy and clear communication throughout the trip. Later in the day, we headed to a beautiful cafe at Paperhills to unwind and enjoy the view. Our driver Suar took great care of us during this part of the tour, including hotel pickup and drop-off. He was warm, friendly, and professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. Highly recommend!!!
