I truly had a fantastic solo trip experience with my guide Dedi! We visited three beautiful waterfalls, each one unique and absolutely stunning. After the waterfalls, we went to a coffee plantation where I got to taste some really amazing coffee, tea and cacao and learn more about the process – such a nice and authentic experience. What made the day even more special was how flexible and kind Dedi was. That meant a lot to me. I had such a wonderful time. All in all, it was an unforgettable day. Dedi was great company, very attentive, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable and happy the entire time. I would 100% recommend him and would choose him again without hesitation. Ketut our guide was amazing! He brought us to discover the rural side of Bali. Through Rice Fields, water streams, canyons and even local typical houses. We had an incredible time and it was definitely one of the highlights we had in Bali! A tip if you’re doing this tour: dress up as you were going on a trekking with water arriving up to your upper body.

Had great experience right front the start. we started around 2:45 am in the morning! Had good conversation with Mr. Abdi who had taken us to Klook base camp and from there we met Mr. Ngurah who was driving the 4x4 jeep and taken us to Mount Batur. He was professional and very communicative. He was very patient enough taking our pics al over the trip. Only one thing which was disappointing is was not able to see sun rise due to rains and bad weather. Apart from it the whole team did a great job. Kudos to everyone.

We were picked up from the ferry at Sanur Harbor early in the morning from the SR Coffee Shop. Ari and her team did an excellent job as tour operators, and I am very thankful for them. The trip was a very enjoyable one.

Our Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise Tour and Black Lava Tour was an amazing experience, made even better thanks to WAYANG. From the start, he was friendly, funny, and very sociable, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He is a confident and skilled driver who handled the rough terrain smoothly, so we felt safe throughout the journey. Wayang went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment. He checked in on us regularly and never rushed the tour. We especially appreciated how much effort he put into taking photos for us — he knew the best spots and patiently took multiple shots until they turned out exactly how we wanted. His guidance helped us capture beautiful memories of the sunrise and the black lava landscape. What truly stood out was his positive attitude and genuine care for his guests. The Mount Batur sunrise was unforgettable, and having Wayang as our guide made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!
