A must-go place for massages, I go at least once a month. But something strange happened the last time I went. When paying the bill, the staff said I needed to pay for food, but we didn't eat any food there, only fruit, sweet soup, ice cream, and drinks. How could someone have used my tag number to order food and then added it to my bill? I asked the lobby staff, and they said maybe the staff in the upstairs hall wrote down the wrong number? Is it really such a coincidence? It's really strange 🤔

The environment is excellent, the service is very attentive and thorough, and the food quality is better than the average hotel buffet, being fresh, refined, and delicious. Worth inviting friends to experience again.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 TENZ Spa in Shenzhen is hailed by many as the pinnacle of spa experiences in the city 🏆. After personally visiting and considering online reviews, I completely agree: it's the most upscale and cleanest spa I've ever seen. Upon entering, the elegant Japanese-style design 🎎 immediately immerses you in an atmosphere of serene luxury. The facilities are meticulously maintained, bright, clean, and aesthetically pleasing throughout. One of the biggest advantages is the all-inclusive pricing and no-tipping culture 💯. There's absolutely no pressure to tip throughout the entire experience, which perfectly aligns with their professional, high-standard service. The staff is well-trained, respectful, and not overly intrusive. The price is indeed in the highest tier in Shenzhen 💸, but the experience you gain—the extensive spa area, upscale relaxation zones, high-quality dining, and enormous space—is absolutely worth it. If you're seeking a top-notch indulgence, this is the perfect choice. Based on personal experience and online feedback, the only thing to note is that the venue is huge and luxurious, but it can get quite crowded on weekends 👥. Although the management is constantly improving and expanding, weekends can inevitably be a bit bustling. If you want to completely unwind in an all-inclusive environment filled with Japanese aesthetics, cleanliness, and luxury, TENZ Spa is the top choice. I recommend visiting on a weekday for a more tranquil experience. It's definitely a great place worth the special treat! ✨🙏

Environment: Cleanliness gives people a clean feeling. Atmosphere: Not bad Facilities: Pretty good Service: It would be better to have a dinner buffet. The attitude of the service staff needs to be improved. It's not as good as when it first opened. Massage therapist: Professional
