Rating based on the quality considering the price. best things about this hotel are: 1) Convenience of it, it’s located in district 1 (cheese coffee just round the corner, and I rly loved the nail salon just 2 stalls away, ben thanh market & many other good food & clothes shop within 10-20mins walk). 2) Cozy, comfortable room & ventilation, we had one of the best sleep ever here! our room was downgraded due to technical issues but they reimbursed us and the add-on bed was soft too. 3) clean towels /mattress sheets. 4) Breakfast was not extraordinary but pretty decent! enjoyed the omelette, banh mi, lime drink. 5) service was pretty good! impressed by the extra mile to pack breakfast for us when we had to leave v early for our activity. To improve: 1) more floor mats because the shower is right beside the toilet bowl with no segregation, gets wet after bath. 2) someone to help with luggage for flight of narrow stairs up to conceige. 3) small bottles of mineral water not really enough

This is a homestay located on the sixth floor of the Cafe Apartment. Taking the elevator downstairs costs 3,000 Vietnamese Dong per person, but if you have a room card, you don't have to pay again. So, you'll need to pay for your first trip up. The room is very clean, and finding food nearby is absolutely no problem. There's a convenience store downstairs, making daily life very convenient! This place is highly recommended for first-time visitors to Ho Chi Minh City! Hotel location: Next to Nguyen Hue Walking Street Transportation convenience: Excellent

It’s cheap and at the same time it’s worth the money you paid with. They accomodate customers on time especially when we need something they act on it right away for example when we request another bath towel, they deliver it asap to our room. But one thing i don’t like is that there’s a time that the water’s running slow and it took like 30mins for you to wait and they have no hot water. All in all, still worth the money.

Very nice and clean hotel. buffet breakfast. nice staff. hotel location: Pros - Great location. Close to many tourist attractions and only a stones throw away from Beh Thanh Markets. Lots of food options nearby. Cons - There is a night club close by that pumps music until like 2am. You can hear the bass clearly from the room. I didn't mind it but something to be aware of when booking here

The hotel isn’t located in city center but if you are prepared to explore the city on foot in the intense heat you can get to Ben Thanh Market in half an hour. Grab fares getting to all the popular places from hotel were quite affordable. The rooms are spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel so you can expect signs of wear and tear in different parts of the room, but none of that affected my stay. My room was on the 12th floor and the view was open enough. One suggestion for the hotel is that they can include just the toothpaste packets when replenishing the toiletries, so guests won’t need to rip open the toothbrush pack just to get more toothpaste. They could also check the amount of body wash/shampoo during housekeeping.

Had a great time staying at Chill Hill Hotel, very near to Pink Church and othe local tourist destination, conveniently located around District 1. The staff are nice and they attend to our needs, very friendly, kind, and warm. When we go back, we’ll definitely stay here again.

the room is nice and clean but i dont like the smell of the room. the aircon is cold and we have 2 water for the first day then the next day they gave us again 2 bottled water and they even refill the tissue everyday and change the towel. i just dont like that they go inside the room even you are out. the receptionist is so kind and nice!! we love her so much! she’s so accommodating. but the boy that change her every night is so unfriendly.

We had ask the hotel for a high floor room but where given the 2nd floor for 2 rooms together. The noise wasnt as bad as what some of the reviews had commented. The outside balcony view was rather nice. Rooms are spacious. The toilet and shower does not have separate space therefore toilet paper if not careful might get wet.Air condition is nice and cold. Staff are very polite and do there utmost to help you. One of the best hotels that I have stayed.
