great location, easy access to shops and transportation. with great variety of food within the vicinity. the reception and staff are also very kind.

place was decent. take note that this place is located on a steep hill so you will have to walk at an incline to reach it. the place is surrounded by pubs/bars below so will get crowded at night but people are friendly and wont block your way. you will have to walk a couple of meters to reach the nearest station.

good location for fast foods such as cafe de coral, kfc and jolibee if you are on a food budget. also walking distance from a21 bus stop from airport. 20mins walk to avenue of stars and other tsim sha tsui attractions. room is clean and has enough space to accommodate 3 adults. across 7/11 and beside kowloon park.

Transportation: Extremely convenient, just get off the A21 bus right at the entrance.
Service: Nella is the best!
Hotel Location: Very convenient for walking to the subway and bus.
Cleanliness: The new room type has a very small bathroom and many small bugs. The old room type might not have a TV, but the bathroom space is relatively large. The room types are all okay and don't feel cramped.

Convenient location (near Tsim Sha Tsui). Although it's not super close to the subway station, you can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui for shopping, or take the subway one stop. When we arrived to check in, our room type was sold out, and the staff helped us switch to another room, which also met our expectations! We also went to the pool to swim. Although the pool isn't big, it wasn't crowded, so we enjoyed swimming and taking photos! The soundproofing in the hotel rooms isn't great, and we could hear doors closing in the opposite room, but we didn't hear any noise from the adjacent rooms at night, which was good! There are many food options in the food court downstairs, and we would consider staying here again!
