Oxford

Location was quite central and easy to get around the main stuff in Oxford (15-20 mins walking dist. from the schools and restaurants). The room itself was alright, decently spacious, but there was no aircon though they provided 3 fans. I got bitten by mosquitos really badly though sadly. The breakfast was nice (12 pounds add on at reception).

hotel location: Far aways from city center by walking but many buses. the areas around very nice for walking. got big lake with good view. cleanliness: We not request for room cleaning service because just 2 days stay. toilet is small. service:Staff is good offer us fisrt room lower ground floor with big luggage. Not good is other come in and out from the main door makes some noise. we can hear people talking from next door actually.

The meeting point can be a bit confusing since we were directed to bus Stop 1 which was the Harry Potter tour. Fortunately it was easy to ask the attendant which bus was for our trip. David our guide was great. very knowledgeable about not only our destination but many interesting facts of the important landmarks on the way. I would definitely go with company again.

Before departure, there are email reminders and WhatsApp or Line groups are created for easy contact. The meeting location and time are very clear. The explanations are clear and the tour guide also keeps track of the group's condition. When people are a little tired, he lets everyone rest. When he sees that most people are awake, he continues to explain interesting facts about the attractions. Stonehenge is magnificent, but transportation is inconvenient, so it's better to go with a tour. Windsor Castle has an official audio guide system; you can use large headphones to explore and listen to different explanations. Windsor Castle is magnificent and well worth a visit. The only drawback is that lunch time is 2:30 PM, because it's too far between attractions. I understand this arrangement, but I would just remind everyone to eat a hearty breakfast and bring some snacks to eat on the bus. It was dark when we visited Oxford University, so it wasn't very clear, but it can't be helped since the daylight hours are short in winter. The tour guide's explanations were lively and interesting, and the headphones he prepared were very useful; they were wireless, lightweight and clear. The bus seats are comfortable and there are charging points. The fish and chips for lunch were okay.

The itinerary was very packed, with approximately one hour allocated to each attraction. The tour guide was very diligent in introducing information about each site. Everyone on the tour was also very punctual in gathering at the meeting points. Overall, this was a great experience!

amber and debbie were great! debbie was the one who toured us around oxford and gave us lots of insights on movies shot there esp Harry Potter films. she's fun and if ever i have a chance to go back in Oxford, I'd love her to be my guide again. amber is nice as well, she's our guide the rest of our trip. very entertaining. will recommend this esp to potterheads like me.

The tour guide was very professional and considerate. The itinerary was well-organized, compact yet comfortable. The explanations were thorough and easy to understand, allowing us to experience the strong academic atmosphere at Oxford University, admire the pastoral scenery in the Cotswolds, experience British farming fun at Clarkson's Farm, and finally shop to our heart's content at Bicester Village. The entire tour was in clear and fluent Mandarin Chinese, balancing cultural knowledge and tourist enjoyment, and carefully catering to the needs of the group members, allowing everyone to enjoy the journey with peace of mind and leave behind wonderful memories.

The combination of Oxford and Cotswolds is superb! I can visit these two places in a day, although I would have wished to spend more notice in Oxford.

it was very informative and fun our guide was incredible. Oxford is lovely and highly recommend if you are a harry potter fan 🪄
