Our family really had fun. it's our first time to try skiing. Our tour guide, Alvin, is excellent! He was organized and he ensured our safety and yet whetted our appetite to enjoy and play. He also spoke very good English plus we liked the treat - choco pie. I also want to thank him for ensuring that my parents waited somewhere safe while we were skiing. Overall, this was such a memorable experience for our family. ❤️

​Everything from the pickup to the gear rental was seamless. Our guide Coby went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. ​Pros: Excellent coaching, friendly staff, and beautiful views. Suggestions: I really hope Klook adds a version of this tour that includes a hotel stay and a 2-day lesson. Learning to ski in just one day is a rush—having that extra day and staying at the resort would make it a much more complete experience. Still a must-try! Coffee upstairs has to be tried!!!

I like that our guides updates us with everything, like for meet ups and other details of the tour. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the activity on our first day in Vivaldi, so I booked again a ski pass for our second day.

The arrangements were excellent; the instructors had ski suits and equipment prepared in advance, and the return process was also very convenient. Communication beforehand was great, and the instructions were clear, making it easy to find the instructors. The Korean instructors spoke excellent English, so there were no communication issues at all. The only downside was that when we went, winter was almost over and the weather was very warm, so the snow quality on the mountain was just average.

We had such a great time learning to ski with Joshua! As complete beginners, we were honestly a bit nervous at first, but he immediately made us feel comfortable. He was incredibly patient and kind, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured while we were learning. Joshua explained things in a way that was really easy to understand, and he kept encouraging us. What we appreciated most was how calm and professional he was the entire time. You could really tell that he cared about making sure we learned properly and enjoyed the experience. Because of him, our first time skiing became one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re booking a ski lesson on Klook, we definitely recommend Joshua!
