The hotel is beautiful, amenities is complete and customer services are commendable. the location in Shamiandao is very convenient to explore the place with a nice ambience. highly recommended to stay if you're in Guangzhou

A very convenient place. near to Beijing road yet quite enough but you can hear the metro running below the hotel. not sound proof as can hear people voice.

Room is big and clean. The extra bed added is also comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Shopping street and some good breakfast places nearby.

Hotel Location: The view from the terrace is quite good. It's about a 10-minute walk to Sunac Mall, which has Snow World, Sports World, restaurants at different price points, and a supermarket, making it very suitable for families with children. Service: Thanks to the concierge, who reminded us to book tickets in advance (from Guangzhou North to Guangzhou South Station) and carefully reminded us of the estimated time to take the train back to Hong Kong. Cleanliness: The room is clean, and there is a round table inside, which is convenient for families to eat takeout from Meituan in the room.

My family stayed in premier twin rooms each with separate living room. Very spacious, comfortable with fantastic views of the river. Great location: 4 mins from metro and river, 9 mins to Beijing Lu. Also discovered a hidden gem, Xia Jiao Mei Restaurant at 5th flr, Haizhu Plaza (2 mins from hotel) with fantastic dim sum. Enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the river on the way back to the hotel. Laundry service and massage chairs available at 11th Flr. Hotel reception looks a bit dated but staff were helpful and friendly. Lifts can be crowded and slow during peak times. They have a robots doing food delivery to the rooms.
