    New Phase 2 Heightened Alert Guidelines for Staycations, Attractions, Tours, Cruises & More

    The Multi-Ministry Taskforce (MTF) has announced updated measures as part of Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), which will take effect from 19 August 2021. With the increase of social gathering group sizes from a maximum of 2 persons to 5 persons and dine-in groups of up to 5 persons will be allowed for F&B establishments if all diners are vaccinated, here’s what you can expect for your visits to attractions, cinemas, staycations and more. 
    *An individual is considered vaccinated if he/ she has been: a) fully vaccinated, i.e. has received the full regimen of Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnatry, Moderna or the World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccines, with an additional two weeks for the vaccine to be fully effective, b) recovered from COVID-19, or c) has obtained a negative result on a pre-event test taken in the past 24 hours before the expected end of the event.

    Staycations

    Hotels will remain open for stays with additional measures in place.

    How many individuals are allowed in a hotel room?

    Each room can accommodate a maximum of five (5) individuals at any one time, except where individuals are all from the same household, subject to the capacity allowed by room type.

    Can my kids (below 12) come along for the staycation? 

    Unvaccinated children may be included in a group of up to 5 individuals if all the children are from the same household.

    Am i allowed to dine in the establishment’s F&B outlets?

    Groups of up to 5 individuals will be allowed to dine-in at F&B establishments if all the diners are fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated children aged 12 years and below may be included within the group of 5 individuals as long as all the children are from the same household.

    Will I be able to use the hotel facilities?

    Services which require masks to be removed (e.g. facials, saunas, make-up services) will be allowed to resume if customers are fully vaccinated.
    Pools and gyms are subject to the hotel rules and regulations, time slots may need to be reserved. 

    Attractions 

    How many people can I visit the attraction with? 

    Group size of up to 5 persons (including children and infants). Unvaccinated persons are encouraged to stay in groups of up to 2.

    Are shows still happening within the attraction? 

    Certain shows will admit up to 50 guests at a maximum of 5 pax per seating, including infants while some shows have been temporarily halted. 

    Can I dine within the attraction? 

    Dining in will resume with up to 5 fully vaccinated guests per table. Exceptions are made for children aged 12 years and below so long as all children at a given table are from the same household. Proof of vaccination status and household address (for guests aged 12 and below) will be required.
    Unvaccinated guests will be able to purchase food for takeaway.

    Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium & Adventure Cove Waterpark

    Open-dated tickets will be extended till 30 November 2021. Visit the RWS Website to book a new time slot on your desired visit date. Time slots open 30 days in advance. If your original visit date has passed, kindly request for an amendment at Ask Klook.

    Fixed-dated tickets dated 22 July to 18 August, purchased before 22 July, will be auto-extended till 30 November 2021 as open-dated tickets. Visit the RWS Website to book a new time slot on your desired visit date.

    Yoga at S.E.A. Aquarium experience has been postponed to September. If you have not rescheduled your session drop an email to support@klook.com

    Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Safari & Jurong Bird Park

    If you have already booked a time slot on the WRS website and wish to reschedule, email your e-tickets to enquiry@wrs.com.sg at least 7 days before your original date of participation. You may choose a new date of visit within the next 3 months. 

    If you have not booked a time slot, your tickets will be extended till 31 December 2021. Kindly book a time slot on the WRS website.

    Gardens by the Bay

    You may postpone your visit by booking a new time slot at the Gardens by the Bay website.

    If your ticket expires before 18 August 2021, kindly drop an email to feedback@gardensbythebay.com.sg with your ticket and new intended date of visit. 

    Wild Wild Wet

    Tickets are open-dated and has been extended to 17 November 2021. 

    You may use your original ticket to visit. 

    Top up will be required for guests holding off-peak tickets and wish to visit on a peak date.

    Singapore Flyer

    Vouchers have been extended to 30 November 2021.

    You may use your original voucher to visit. 

    Singapore Flyer Beverage/Dining

    You can postpone your Sky Dining and Beverage Flight bookings till 30 November 2021. 

    Kindly request for an amendment at Ask Klook with your booking details and desired visit date. 

    Singapore Cable Car 

    Tickets have been extended to 31 December 2021.

    For Sky Dining, email to enquiry@onefabergroup.com with your new intended date of visit. 

    Snow City

    Tickets have been extended till 30 November 2021.

    You will need to book a new time slot on the Snow City Website. 

    Science Centre Singapore

    Visit date can be postponed for up to 2 months from the selected date. 

    You can use your original voucher to enter. 

    Madame Tussauds Singapore

    Tickets have been extended for 6 months from your date of purchase. 

    You will need to book a time slot on the Madame Tussauds Website for your new visit date. 

    Jewel Changi Attractions 

    Tickets have been extended till 31 December 2021.

    You can use your original ticket to enter the attraction or redeem at the Jewel Concierge, depending on the ticket type purchased.

    Hydrodash

    Tickets can be extended for up to 3 months from your original participation date. 

    Kindly request for an amendment at Ask Klook with your booking details and desired visit date. 

    iFly Singapore

    Tickets have been extended till 31 December 2021.

    Drop an email to info@iflysingapore.com to reschedule your flight. 

    Trick Eye Museum

    Tickets have been extended till 31 December 2021.

    Make a time slot booking on the Trick Eye Museum website with your new desired visit date. 

    ArtScience Museum

    To amend the timeslot of your visit that was booked on MBS website, drop an email to museumenquiries@marinabaysands.com 

    If you have not booked a timeslot, visit our Klook page to reserve a timeslot using the links provided for respective exhibitions. You may visit after reserving a timeslot with your original ticket.

    Marina Bay Sands Skypark

    Tickets have been extended till 30 September 2021.

    Tours

    How many people can go on a tour together? 

    For tours that involve indoor activities where masks are not worn e.g., tours with F&B components, the maximum number of participants for each tour is 20, with each group within such tours capped at 5 pax and this will apply throughout the duration of the tour. The F&B establishments that the tour will visit must have in place systems to check the vaccination status of the individuals.
    For tours with F&B components at hawker centres and coffee shops, the maximum number of participants for each tour is 20, with each group within such tours being stricter and capped at 2 pax regardless of vaccination status. 

    Cinema

    Cinemas have set up separate movie halls for Vaccinated and Non Vaccinated persons.

    Can I have movie theatre snacks?

    F&B may be served in groups of up to 5 persons if all customers are vaccinated; provision for children 12 years and below applies

    My child cannot be vaccinated but I am fully vaccinated, can we watch movies in the vaccinated halls?

    Yes, children under 12 years old from the same household are allowed to watch movies in the vaccinated halls. Children attendees are subjected to a cap of 20% of the individual Vaxed Hall capacity.

    Do I need to wear a mask in a vaccinated hall?

    Yes, you are still required to wear a mask at all times even in a vaccinated hall, except when you are consuming food and drinks, be it outside or inside the cinema hall.

    Cruises

    Am I allowed to dine onboard?

    ​​The antigen test taken at the terminal is considered a pre-event test (PET), and it will allow all guests, regardless of vaccination status, to dine in at restaurants during the first day of the cruise. 
    After the 1st day, ONLY guests that have been fully vaccinated with more than 2 weeks after their second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech / Comirnaty / Moderna / WHO Emergency Use Listing (EUL) vaccines (such as Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sinopharm and AstraZeneca) will only be allowed to dine-in at the on board restaurants with a maximum of 5 vaccinated guests per table, including unvaccinated children aged 12 years or below from the same household.

    Will guests be required to wear face masks?

    All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas, except when dining and engaging in strenuous sports / physical activities as per the requirements of the local authorities.
