What to expect

10:30 am: Meet at 3 rue d’Enghien, 33000 Bordeaux, at the À la Française apartment.

Start with a welcome glass of white wine and learn the basics of wine tasting, so you’ll never feel intimidated in a restaurant again.

Next, discover the history of Bordeaux wines and their main grape varieties, such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Taste 2 single-varietal wines before joining a blending workshop.

Taste 2 blended wines prepared in front of you to understand their differences.

Then, enjoy a blind tasting of a famous Bordeaux wine and guess where it’s from.

All of this with a typical French aperitif (fresh bread, sausage, cheese, dark chocolate…) In total you have 6 wines of glass with snack food to pair in a small group of 12 persons maximum.
