We departed from Queenstown. Compared with the Mount Cook area, this place has a lower CP value and the cost should be more expensive. Then the weather was unstable during the days we were in Queenstown. We just happened to find a day with good weather. Opportunities fly up. Originally the airline said we could get a free upgrade (I guess if we got six people), but we didn't get the required number of people, so we didn't get the upgrade. The feeling of flying up is very shocking. It can be said that it is an experience in life that you will never regret trying.
It was rare that the weather was very good that day, so I was finally able to take off. I saw the entire queenstown, glaciers, and blue ice. I was able to sit upright in the helicopter and the pilot would explain. Although I couldn’t understand clearly, the trip took 50 minutes. But the overall experience is super positive
an experience of a lifetime. the alpine landing on the snowy mountain was well worth the price!
Well worth it! ! When you come to New Zealand, you must experience taking a helicopter to see the snow-capped mountains and glaciers up close. You can also land and walk around. It's recommended
