Convenient and pleasant experience. Relatively affordable prices. Hop on Hop off staffs were friendly and courteous. Trip around Auckland was informative and insightful. War museum showcases rich history and culture of New Zealand. We enjoyed it very much.
The pass was convenient to redeem for the activities. The instructions were clear and saved us time not lining up for tickets at the venues.

There was plenty of time to choose within 30 days after application. I was glad that I could choose after the date was decided. Once the selection is decided, it cannot be changed.
I'm glad I went after all. When I showed my QR code at the basement 1F entrance, they immediately understood my reservation and I was able to enter smoothly.
If you are going to take the city bus, pay separately for the ferry to Wahiheke Island. I highly recommend Weta Workshop to anyone interested.
There was a small misunderstanding that delayed some time, but the result was an unexpected surprise, and I got to know this lovely island☺️
