Really friendly staff, so close to everything. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for exploring the surrounding area and accessing nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always helpful and attentive to our needs, which made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The service was efficient while still feeling warm and personal.

Our room was great, loved the view and the service from the concierge

I had a very pleasant stay and overall love staying at SkyCity Hotel. I plan to go back. I like the hotel environment is fairly peaceful, and in the room everything looks crisp, clean, tidy, uncluttered, modern and attractive without trying too hard, it just all works. The room facilities worked and just enough for my needs. This is the second time Í came for a city stay. I love the showers most of all! (Great water pressure and layout and nice toiletries.) I appreciate the staff finding a solution making it more pleasant for me after a bathroom fan got unusually loud, keeping me awake one nigh, so they offered to switch rooms which solved the problem. Thanks. The location is central easy to look around the CBD or connect to different tourist sites. I went up Skytower and enjoyed the top deck. I got a great deal through Klook site. Cheaper than the hotel site rate. By spending $40 at Skycity stores/etc, gets you free parking for your whole stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sky City Hotel. The front desk staff was kind enough to upgrade our room. We had a spacious room and all the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

This is a very rars surprised getting a better deal price! I was so happy with my choice of agent. hotel location:

SkyCity Hotel Auckland is a good hotel to stay in. Centrally located in Auckland CBD. Many good restaurants in the area.

Everything was good! The housekeeping cleaned well. The only thing was the AC. It was set to 23degree and we woke up to feeling warm. We couldn't adjust to 19 at least.

Booked into sky city and upgraded to here for no reason lol. Great experience,Sauna ,Pool ,food .

The room was exactly as advertised. A total of three adults stayed in the room for three nights from December 31 to January 3.
