Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- Hot-spot sharing may cause speed drop and device heat
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- You can top-up additional credits to this SIM. To check your remaining SIM card balance, you may refer to the instruction manual provided
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Only one SIM card per person is allowed. If you are booking multiple SIM cards, please present valid IDs of all travelers

Can get strong signal anywhere even in Bandung and very affordable. Just prepare your patience when activating the sim coz they need to take photos of you for documentation purposes.

It was really superb. After immigration clearance,you reach their counter.Once u reach there,staff is there to guide u. Provide ur handset along with passport, and then the entire process happened so quickly. Highly recommend.

Extremely convenient! Booked it via Klook and pickup at Terminal 3 Jakarta (CGK). The booth was super easy to find—right in the arrival hall. The staff was very professional. They needed my passport and phone to register the IMEI (this is a MUST in Indonesia now, or your phone won't get a signal). The whole process took about 10 minutes. 5G speeds are blazing fast in Jakarta and worked perfectly during our stay in Indonesia.

Getting my physical SIM card was quick and easy once I found the booth—the staff member who helped me was really kind. The SIM was installed and activated in just a few minutes, and everything worked perfectly. However, finding the booth was a bit of a challenge. I arrived at Terminal One and had to take a skytrain, then walk quite far to the edge of the airport where the booth was located. It wasn’t very clearly marked, and I almost got lost despite watching tutorials beforehand. That said, the excellent service made up for the confusing location. I’d recommend it, but be prepared for a bit of a walk
