Hi, your Jumptopia Lite at Expo was stated to start at 10am (Weekend Saturday and Sunday) on your website. When I reached at 10.40am, it was not even set up! The play areas were deflated and there was only 1 working personnel around. Why was this so? This caused so much inconveniences, in terms of scheduling for the morning and re-scheduling thereafter for the whole day! It caused wastage of time, energy, emotions, parking costs and travel costs! I like to seek a refund/compensation for the bad experience and inconveniences caused.

Thought the event is held inside the Expo hall but turns out to be outside of it. My kids didn’t want to continue playing after 15mins as it was so hot and humid.

Due to wet weather, we can play all areas as the play area is outdoor.
