Garden Café presents Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet featuring chilled seafood including snow crab legs, brown crab, mussels and clams, as well as grilled delights such as Oven Roasted Beef. The buffet also features a salad bar, Japanese sashimi and sushi, appetisers, Chinese dim sum and barbecued meats and Asian cuisine. Our culinary team is adept at making Malaysian Laksa right in front of guests. Save room for an assortment of exquisite desserts and Movenpick ice cream.

To celebrate the Year of the Horse, our culinary team has specially crafted a series of auspicious dishes such as Steamed Seabass with Ginger and Spring Onion, Sautéed Prawns with Soy Sauce, Stir-fried Glutinous Rice, Stewed Chicken with Shallot and Ginger and more. Don’t miss the nourishing double-boiled Chinese soup with pork, dried oysters, lotus root and pork tongue. Guests can also partake in “Prosperity Toss” (Lo Hei), where each ingredient carries an auspicious meaning. The higher you toss, the greater your prosperity. The buffet also includes free-flow juices, soft drinks, selected wines and sparkling wine.

Garden Café presents International Lunch Buffet featuring a variety of fresh seafood like Canadian crab legs, mussels, and shrimp, along with an array of mouthwatering Western and Asian delights including salads, sushi and sashimi, appetisers, dim sum, barbecued meat, roasted beef sirloin and many more. Our experienced culinary team is adept at making Malaysian Laksa right in front of guests. End your meal with a sweet note by savouring a selection of desserts and Mövenpick ice cream. Dishes are served on a rotational basis.
