The approximately 3-hour activity includes a fruit tasting (~45 min), followed by a tractor ride, and finally a sightseeing boat ride and kangaroo feeding, etc.
it was an eye opener experience for this visit as there are the fabulous food tasting session for the different fruits and wonderful tractor tour .
It’s very convenient. You can book online first and then just show the QRcode on site to enter. It is a very fun tour, including fruit tasting, boating on the lake, feeding sheep and kangaroos, it is very interesting and rich, and there is also a children's playground, which is worth traveling with the family.
super fun day out! The staff was super friendly and was very organized, get a chance to try many different tropical fruit and feed animals :)
very fun experience! the kids all love it’
This activity seems to be a great family outdoor activity. Visiting a farm that grows of tropical fruits can allow the kids to experience the joy of harvesting fresh fruits. Using a tractor to tour the farm can also add a sense of fun and novelty to the experience. This kind of educational yet entertaining outdoor activity is a great choice for the whole family, as it not only promotes parent-child interaction, but also allows everyone to enjoy the happiness that nature brings.
The largest tropical fruit garden in the southern hemisphere is quite a unique experience. However, the driver’s Australian English accent is too strong and I can’t understand the explanation. The location is too far from the city. It is difficult to take a taxi when traveling by car.
great experience, loved it. there were so many fruits on the far, although we did not get to try ALL but we tried quite a few. Some of the fruits i never see before so that was an eye opening experience. theres also farm animals and kangaroos on the tropical farm. i wish the farm animal interaction could be longer though, it was quite rush (about 10 minutes only) before we moved onto the boat ride. If its more “free and easy” that would make the whole experience way way better. but overall still good and we enjoyed ourselves

What fruits are in season right now?

At Tropical Fruit World, we grow over 500 fruit varieties from every continent and a range of altitudes. In the sub-tropics, these fruits can crop unpredictably, and we are always at the mercy of Mother Nature and rainfall.

We guarantee that you'll see a wide variety of fruits throughout the year, but it's hard to predict exactly which ones will be in season at any given time. Some varieties have a short harvest window, and we prioritize these exclusive exotics in our fruit tasting sessions. The remaining harvest is offered at our fruit market, but these varieties tend to sell out quickly!

Do you still run tours if it is raining?

Absolutely, our tours continue rain or shine! Wet weather can add a unique charm to the experience. For your comfort, we recommend wearing shoes suitable for wet conditions and bringing your own umbrella and raincoat. We also have ponchos and umbrellas available for purchase at our gift market.
