The Elegance Spa Experience at De Chai Colonial Hotel & Spa in Chiang Mai

The location is near to my hotel, so it was so convenient for me .The environment is very nice and able to make me feel relax. All staffs there are very friendly ,even the staffs of hotel reception .You need to reach the hotel reception first then brought you down to spa. I made an latest appointment, therefore there is no other customs,but they didnt showed any "want to off" face to me. so i made an other appointment when i finished this appointment .There is one thing if they can improve, they should join like others able to customs to make an appointment by klook, not by email or phone call only.

On the last day of my trip, I wanted to shower before heading home, so I booked this, and it turned out to be an exquisite aromatherapy oil massage. You can choose from lavender, orange, rose, or coconut for the oil scent. I will definitely come back here every time I visit Chiang Mai!

I made a reservation for the head, back and shoulders. The masseur mainly massaged the back. I think the head massage is quite comfortable and the environment is great. It’s just that the location is in an alley. The overall feeling is good. I hope to pay more attention to the head massage next time.

I don't think it's well-known because the hotel is located in a bit of a corner, but I was really grateful for the sincerity of the massage therapists.

This is my second time on this trip to have my head, neck and shoulders massaged. Because I went last-minute, I had to wait for 2 hours. I went out for a walk first and then came back. Buying it at klook is equivalent to a 15% discount. The masseurs have different techniques. I like the last one better. The technique, overall, having a separate room and a massage bed is much better than lying on the floor in other places.
