i never expected that the hotel would exceed our expectations. first of all, we were upgraded from standard to superior room for free, the location is close to one nimman mall, the hotel offered free tuktuk service, the overall ambience is zen-like but trendy. i would recommend it 100%!!

Very aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was alright but I expected better after having much more delicious food in the city.

The room is nice and the staff are friendly too!

transport access: complimentary buggy and tuk-tuk to opposite One Nimman. breakfast: it was good, especially the salad bar was kept in refrigerator which is hygienic. cleanliness: average cleaniliness in the room’s bathing area. the rest of the room was ok. service: friendly and helpful staffs around the hotel. thumb-up. hotel location: good location for those looking to hang around Nimman area.

The hotel is very nice! they are decorate with a lot of arts. This is a new hotel, good staffs, the location a bit far from the downtown area but they have a transportation service.

On 4 Aug 2024, four of us arrived at your hotel at about 5:30pm. Your staff, Mew is very nice and friendly at the reception. One of us is single girl and three of us are one family. Unfortunately, we booked your hotel room in different way, therefore you originally arranged two bedrooms in different towers. I thought it was quite dangerous and we were very tired. Finally, I requested Mew to assign 2 bedrooms in the same floor and tower. She told me to pay few hundreds bahts for this arrangement. I told her that we only stayed 1 night and please upgrade bedroom without any charges. I said your hotel is new and modern. At the end, she arranged two bedrooms nearby on the same floor. We were very appreciated and we hope we will come back again to your hotel because of good service. She is a cheerful staff. Moreover, Golf car's driver, Rays is very responsible and he drove us to One Nimman and promised us to picked up at 5:00pm on 5 Aug 2024. It was a happy journey. When we checked out on 5 Aug, your receptionist, Best is also a nice staff.He is helpful. He helped us to keep our luggage in the store room safely and booked the taxi for us to the airport. He is so effective and efficient. We are thankful and appreciated with your nice service.

Amazing place to stay. For couples one family We are vegan, and they cook for us specially breakfast, according for whet we asked. Service in a high level. The room is clean, the decoration is minimalist and exactly what you need in a room. There is no traditional “closet” but it’s for the best. Also the gym and pool area is very nice. I asked the team to turn off the music in the gym (when I was alone) and they did it. The location is good and Bolt app for texi arrives everywhere in cheap Prices (50-100 baht) but you can also walk to the Center very easily. I highly recommend staying at least 2 nights.
