The driver (Mr. Smart) was very friendly, helpful and responsible. The trip was good. Only one matter: I could find no way to contact the operator before the trip and was a bit worried until the driver came on time at the day of the trip.
This service for me is a must specially if you have small children with you together with stroller and some bags for their things... taking coach is cheaper but it becomes a hassle as you need to alight and board the vehicle when passing thru immigration... driver is english speaking and is very helpful and informative... overall a comfortable and pleasant experience..
Very convenient! The only thing is to note that the time written on the KLOOK platform for getting off the plane and picking up luggage is the time when the driver picks you up, which can easily cause misunderstandings!

Very helpful and friendly driver … on time pickup and arrival. Just wasn’t aware that we had to go through the bus checkpoint (which was faster than cars, but a hassle with the luggage). Information sharing about the bus / driver could have been shared a bit earlier for ease of mind.
The driver is very talkative, it takes about 1 hour to arrive at Lego Land, no need to get out of the car to pass the customs, very convenient

I had booked a round trip to legoland. we were late to report and they instead of charging a surcharge, just left. it caused significant anxiety in arranging for another ride, since we were travelling from India and had already booked the legoland tickets too.
