Let's Relax Spa at The Berkeley Pratunam in Bangkok

Advise to book appointment in advance to ensure you can do the massage at the timing you want. Reception was welcoming and redemption of Klook voucher was easy. Massage was relaxing. Overall good experience and conveniently located in Pratunam shopping area

Sooo good!! The therapist took her time, her movements were slow and with the right about of pressure. All the tension and body ache from all the walking and carry of heavy things were gone. The place is clean and relaxing atmosphere. I called first to book an appointment before buying the Klook voucher just to be use I'll be able to use it at my desired time. To get there, in Berkeley Hotel take the elevator going to 11th floor, then walk going to the North Tower (there are signs), then at the North Tower take the elevator going down to the 10th floor.

I stayed at the Berwick Hotel, and I could make a reservation by calling the intercom. The location was very convenient, just inside the hotel. Like the same series of massage parlors, there will be drinks before the massage and mango sticky rice after the massage. The room is spacious, the massage bed is comfortable, and the masseur's skills are also very good.

The thai massage for two hours that we took i think is not worth it. The lady even went to toilet and took long time to come back. I even came back first before her even though she went to toilet first. I have been to a lot of thai massage before to lots of places but I was dissappointed with the massage in here. I think 1 hr. is enough. The ambience of place is nice, sticky mango rice is delicious and clean environment.

My first experience with Let's Relax and all I can say is I will definitely be back!! After purchase of tix, we emailed for reservation. The reply was quick. Quality and service was definitely much better compared to road side Massage parlor. It is definitely worth it!

I originally wanted to go for 120 minutes, but due to time constraints, I finally decided to go for a 60-minute four-hand massage, which neither my mother nor I had tried. After purchasing, I emailed to make a reservation and received a quick reply. However, the entrance to the hotel was a bit difficult to find. Arrangements started quickly after we got there. We changed into slippers and the welcome drink was frozen lemongrass tea. Then we washed the guests' feet and brought them into the room. The two masseurs were both powerful enough to do it without hea, so it was comfortable. very good massage therapist, able to vary strength according to customer’s own body and health condition. Bonus is the nice dessert at the end!
