I had a truly lovely experience here! The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The massage itself was absolutely wonderful—so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

This is the first time coming to use the service here. Personally, I was very impressed with the service this time. I felt that it was a different onsen than other places. Quiet and peaceful, not many people. After you finished renting the onsen, you could still choose to use other rooms. Let me tell you, PANPURI is really good. Next time, I won't. I definitely missed it. Will come back to use the service again. I LOVE.

You can enjoy 3 types of hot springs (soda, Kusatsu, Hakone), Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and mist sauna (with the scent of Thai herbs). At Akasuri, you can receive shampoo and treatment along the way, and my hair was very moisturized (I forgot to check if it was the same product as the one on the hot spring floor). My body feels smooth and I'm satisfied! However, Akasuri towels are for the eyes (there are no options like in Korea), so it is not recommended for people with sensitive skin. The relaxation room is cold, but there are large bath towels available, so you can put them on. The cafe food was also delicious.

It was a wonderful experience, the ambience, the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, the facilities, the amenities, and the delicious food and drink. So much so that I recommended it to my friend and helped reserve a slot for her treatment immediately. Will definitely return the next time I’m in Bangkok. Bee was great!

Authentic experience… not being too crowded like other onsen competitors is a perk as you get to enjoy the facilities in near-privacy… no hassle or queueing. Particularly like the relaxation room that has comfy loungers to rest on

I was planning to travel from Chiang Mai to Bangkok by sleeper train, spend a day in Bangkok, and then take a late-night flight home, so it was great to feel refreshed after the spa. I had heard that spa users could purchase products at a slightly lower price, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps you need to book a full course, not just a spa treatment, to get the discount?

onzen was nice make my body and mind so relaxed, i love the amenities and good services. ill be back again for sure.

The Klook app couldn't directly make a reservation, but I sent an email and received a confirmation the next day. The service staff were all very friendly, and the massage techniques were as expected – I fell asleep during the foot massage. I chose the 120-minute full-body massage, which I highly recommend. The SPA center has a full display case of products, but they don't actively push sales. If you're a Panpuri enthusiast like me, you can get a $500 discount when you spend $5000 with your membership number.

Luxurious experience with good value. Beautiful private onsen overlooking Centralworld. Biggest surprise was the restaurant level meal at the end.
