The best!! Extremely polite staff. Very accomodating front desk. Top notch masseuse. Great ambience. 10/10.. hotel spas are always pricey than your standard ones outside in Bali.. But I reckon I’d go here again. Great value.
Had the best massage! Daisy the reflexologist was perfect at her job. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming with a big smile + responding immediately to querries via WhatsApp. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The massage environment is very good, the music and atmosphere are also good, the 60-minute massage includes changing clothes and washing feet, so the actual massage is about 50 minutes.
As expensive as it is, it was cleaner and better service than general massage shops. Of course, the massage was also good.
