We did Universal, Luge, Cable car and Gardens by the Bay. it was a good deal. it was easy to book as well. although we still had 1 ticket unused, as per the operator I chat with, we cannot Cancel and refund it as we bought a bundle one. which is a bit weird I think. The more they should have considered a refund for the unused one as we purchased a bundle ticket not individual. it's not promotional as well. anyhow, I hope this part will improve.

The test site, riverwalk, is adjacent to Chinatown/Clark Quay. From the MRT station, go north for about 5 minutes, opposite the shopping mall.

The ibis bencoolen location is near to our hotel so we just walked. It’s good that they have many branches. The staff in ibis is helpful and easy to converse with. The swabbing process has been smooth. We went early around 9am since they open at 9am. Easy to find spot behind ibis hotel (on the driveway). It took us around 10mins! Results were sent via email after 1.5 hrs. Thank you!

Highly recommended! Tester was super patient and skilled. I did not feel much pain nor discomfort. Queues may take some time but I went during lunchtime so that could have contributed to it. Results however were very prompt and were provided to me within less than 24 hours. Super efficient!

super good! queue was kinda long but also i went during lunchtime so maybe just avoid lunchtime as a general tip. swabber was also really reassuring and not too rough which i really appreciated. results were easily retrievable through email and i got it <24 hours!

Fast and convenient. Just walk in to any of the mobile outlets. I did mine at Ibis Hotel Bencoolen. Walk past hotel lobby (see picture below) to the round about, and saw the small white tent where they did the ART test. Staff were very professional when doing the ART swab. Simple process, received email within 3 min.

I did an ART at the Testing Pro @ Clarke Quay before boarding Cruise at Marina Bay. There were 3 or 4 customers before me but the wait time was reasonable. The counter staff is quick in the registration and the test is done in a fast and plesant manner. Location wise - it is just a short walk from the Clarke Quay MRT station. ART results is sent to my email within minutes! Price of $20 is reasonable compared to some clinics charging $50.
