Drawing on his deep local expertise, Chef Jean-Marc presents decadent sweets that pay homage to the city’s rich culinary heritage.

This multi-layered experience features chocolate creations of varying intensities, the signature crunchy “Hong Kong Rocher” with 64% Dark Chocolate, Sicilian Pistachio and Hong Kong's beloved Crispy Rice Noodle; “Gianduja” a 52% Milk Chocolate infused with 30-Year Chinese Tangerine Peel; and the innovative “Black Sesame” Tart blending 64% Dark Chocolate with Earl Grey Tea Cremeux.
